Wandering Walls advocates travel that coexists with nature. While we provide premium toiletries and Dyson hairdryers, we invite you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste to help reduce plastic waste and protect this forest.
Scent of Serenity · No Smoking
To preserve the pure scent of the wind, smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces. If needed, please use the designated outdoor areas. Thank you for your elegance. (Violators will be charged a special cleaning fee of $3,000).

If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform the butler in advance so we can leave a light on for you.
Pets & Visitors
To maintain privacy and tranquility for every collector, we cannot accommodate pets and do not accept outside visitors. This ensures your moments at Wandering Walls remain undisturbed.
Infinity Pool Reservation
Open 08:00 - 20:00. By reservation only. The butler will arrange your exclusive time slot upon check-in, allowing you to enjoy the sea and sky in solitude.
Friendly Reminder
To protect the privacy of all guests, drones are prohibited. A security deposit of $3,000 (pre-authorization available) is required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damage occurs.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

According to the Tourism Bureau's standard contract:

  • 14 days prior: Full refund (minus $100 handling fee).
  • 10~13 days prior: 70% refund.
  • 7~9 days prior: 50% refund.
  • 4~6 days prior: 40% refund.
  • 2~3 days prior: 30% refund.
  • 1 day prior: 20% refund.
  • Same day cancellation: No refund.

※ In case of a Central Weather Bureau Land Typhoon Warning for Pingtung County, a full refund or 6-month deposit retention is available.

National Travel Card Policy

To pay fully with the National Travel Card, please remark "Use National Travel Card" when booking on the official website.

The system will initially charge a 30% deposit. Upon check-in, we will refund this amount (cash or void transaction) and charge the full room rate to your National Travel Card. Without prior remark, only the remaining 70% balance can be charged to the card on-site.

Private Charter & Group Booking

Online booking is available for individual travelers (under 5 rooms). For full villa buyouts or large groups, please refer to the "Private Territory" plan above, or contact the butler directly to arrange your exclusive itinerary.
